D Station is a Telstra Partner Store with three locations across Melbourne CBD, Carnegie, and Bundoora. With over 7 years of experience, we are a trusted Telstra partner within multicultural communities - starting from the Chinese markets and now expanding to Korean communities. We proudly represent Telstra at community and university events, including Melbourne Uni, Monash, RMIT, and La Trobe O-Week, as well as New Year and Mid-Autumn Festival celebrations. We also hosted Telstra SMB Night Event.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver excellent in-store customer service and achieve monthly sales targets.
  • Sell Telstra mobile plans, internet plans, devices, and accessories while meeting KPIs.
  • Support store operations, inventory, and visual merchandising (demo phones, signage, displays).
  • Develop new sales pipelines and partnerships with education agents, real estate agents, travel agencies, and student associations.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, pop-up events, and community engagement activities.
About You:
  • Confident, enthusiastic, and customer-focused communicator.
  • Passionate about technology, sales, and multicultural engagement.
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to learn.
  • Previous experience in telecommunications or retail is preferred.
  • Fluency in Mandarin and/or Korean is highly regarded.
