Wallaroo Preschool Centre is located on the Yorke Peninsula, approximately 160km from Adelaide. Our deep commitment to our philosophy guides our practice and pedagogy as we value, foster diversity, and promote equitable opportunities for all children. We are dedicated to continual improvement, learning alongside our children and peers, with critical reflection driving our progress. Wallaroo Preschool features an embedded Beach Kindy program where children learn together along the shores of Wallaroo on Nharangga Land, connecting deeply with our local culture and community.

We are seeking an enthusiastic preschool teacher to join our team, utilising the Early Years Learning Framework and collaborating in both the development and delivery of our program.

Our newest team member will have a strong commitment to learning, critical reflection, and the wellbeing and development of young children. They will be eager to collaborate effectively with colleagues to provide a high-quality, play-based learning environment, with a commitment to learner agency that deepens children's curiosity and wonder. The successful candidate will strive to establish and maintain caring, respectful, and responsive relationships with families, and will continue to grow and learn alongside our community.
