The Role
Make a real impact in WA's grain industry while developing hands-on skills in a supportive team environment.
We're looking for motivated, safety-focused individuals to join us as Receival Point Operators (RPOs) on a Permanent Full-Time basis. As an RPO, you will play a major part in our supply chain working with Growers, Contractors and Team members to sustainably create and return value to Growers.
You'll receive training in a range of Nationally Recognised Competencies such as Front-End Loader, Skid Steer, Confined Space Entry, Working at Heights, and more
This position involves regular travel between receival sites in your designated area:
Area 7 – Mukinbudin, Beacon, Bonnie Rock, Bencubbin and TrayningArea 8 – Merredin, Burracoppin, Bodallin, Moorine Rock, Southern Cross and WarralakinArea 10 – Cunderdin, Tammin, Kellerberrin, Doodlakine, Meckering and Goomalling.Roster Options:
Monday to Friday, with optional weekend work7:7 rosterAccommodation:
On-site accommodation is available across all locations.
Responsibilities include:
Operate plant and equipment to move and store bulk grain (we will train you)Safely receiving, storing, and out-loading grainSampling and assessing the grain including identifying contaminated grainMaintaining the condition of grain within the storage system through hygiene activitiesThis role involves physical aspects including bending, lifting, climbing ladders, working in confined spaces, at heights and in hot and dusty environmentsPotential to undertake site leadership duties during harvestAbout You:
Hold an unrestricted and valid driver's licence with own reliable vehicleBe deemed physically fit in accordance with the CBH operational worker pre-employment medicalBe able to work at heights, in confined spaces and in areas with a high grain dust concentrationReside locally or relocate to a nearby area, with travel between sites OR stay in CBH accommodationWhy work with CBH?
