About the role
Bathurst Regional Council is currently seeking a full time Plumbing Crew Leader to carry out a variety of tasks within Council's Water and Waste Section in order to satisfy the requirements of the relevant Australian plumbing codes and other required standards.
Key Requirements
Sound experience and knowledge in the supervision, coordination and control of staff
Detailed knowledge and experience in the laying of water and sewer pipes
Detailed knowledge and experience in the construction of house drainage
Possess a current NSW Class C driver's license
Possess Work Health and Safety Construction Induction card (White card)
Sound knowledge in the metric system of measurement
Experience in the utilisation of small plant used in the construction industry
Take Annual Leave in accordance with the applicable leave roster
Ability to work on call

This position requires a pre employment health assessment which includes a functional, audio and drug and alcohol screen.
Salary:
$1, $1,250.24 per week + adverse working conditions allowance level 1 of $19.49 per week + superannuation
Position Status:
Permanent Full-time
Hours of work:
38 hours per week with an RDO every third week
