We're opening a brand-new rebel store in Orange, NSW — and we're looking for not one, but two energetic and hands-on Assistant Store Managers to help us launch it

This is your chance to grow with us from the ground up in one of two exciting leadership roles:

• Customer Service Manager – Lead the front-of-house team, drive exceptional customer experiences, and foster a culture of service excellence.
• Inventory Manager – Take charge of stock flow, inventory accuracy, and back-of-house operations to keep the store running smoothly.

As an Assistant Manager (known internally as Customer Service Manager), you're key in supporting the Store Manager to help your store reach its full sales potential, operate smoothly, and create a positive, engaging work environment. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Management/ leadership experience 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• A natural ability to motivate and inspire your team 
• Skills in training, driving floor sales, and achieving results. 
• Experience in visual merchandising, stock control, health and safety and store security. 

 As an Assistant Store Manager (known internally as Inventory Manager), you'll lead a team to drive excellence in back-of-house operations, ensuring strong inventory integrity, efficient stock flow, and minimising shrinkage to maximise the store's profitability. To thrive here, you should ideally have: 

• Retail management experience. 
• Solid understanding of inventory control. 
• The ability to lead by example and deliver top-tier customer service. 
• Skills in training and achieving results.
