About the Role – Domestic Cleaner (Subcontractor)

We're hiring detail-oriented, heart-driven Domestic Cleaners to join our team across South Brisbane, Ipswich & Logan City. This is not your typical surface wipe-down. You'll deliver high-quality deep cleans using our custom checklists and eco-friendly products, always with care and precision.

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete residential deep cleans using C&C's signature checklist
• Use eco-safe, non-toxic, Australian-made products
• Work independently or in small teams with professionalism
• Respect client confidentiality and homes at all times
• Be mindful of client mental health and emotional sensitivity
• Represent the C&C brand and values on every job

What You'll Need:

• A genuine passion for helping people through cleaning
• Exceptional attention to detail and thoroughness
• A strong work ethic and self-motivation
• A reliable vehicle and valid driver's license
• An NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Working with children's Check (or willingness to obtain)
• Comfortable working in homes with pets
• Time management skills and ability to work solo
• Physical fitness to perform manual tasks
• ABN and public liability insurance (or willingness to obtain)
