We are seeking an exceptional Senior Product Manager – Software to drive the vision, strategy, and execution of our next-generation platforms. This role will be pivotal in delivering cutting-edge AI-powered tools for the construction industry.


Role Overview

As our Senior Product Manager – Software, you will own the full product lifecycle – from ideation through delivery and continuous improvement – for our AI-integrated software suite. Leveraging your proven track record in full-stack engineering leadership and AI-driven product development, you will guide cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact solutions that meet market needs and business objectives.


Key Responsibilities

  • Define and own the product vision, strategy, and roadmap for Prominent Finishes' AI-driven software platforms.
  • Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept through launch and iterative enhancement.
  • Collaborate with engineering, design, QA, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Gather, prioritise, and translate customer, stakeholder, and market requirements into actionable product features.
  • Oversee backlog grooming, sprint planning, and Agile delivery to meet timelines and quality targets.
  • Monitor KPIs, analytics, and user feedback to guide product iterations and innovation.
  • Ensure technical decisions align with business goals, security standards, and compliance requirements.

Required Skills & Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or related field.
  • Minimum 4 years' experience in senior product management or technical leadership roles, delivering enterprise-scale software.
  • Proven background in full-stack development , React, , Angular, React Native, MongoDB, SQL) with cloud and DevOps expertise (AWS, Google Cloud, Docker, Kubernetes, CI/CD).
  • Demonstrated ability to integrate AI/ML capabilities (LLMs, RAG, embeddings, computer vision) into customer-facing products.
  • Experience with API design and orchestration, secure authentication (JWT, RBAC), and high-availability systems.
  • Strong leadership skills with experience coaching teams, managing stakeholders, and aligning technical roadmaps with strategic goals.
  • Familiarity with construction industry software or other operationally complex platforms is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to convey complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
