Do Work That Matters

As a Relationship Executive in our Commercial Banking team, you'll manage a diverse portfolio of medium to large business clients with lending needs up to $10M and turnovers up to $15M. You'll deliver tailored financial solutions across cash flow, capital, wealth, risk management, and investment advice, helping clients build successful futures.

Our advanced technology and innovative products empower you to provide meaningful support and strategic guidance, positioning you as a key partner in your clients' growth journey.

What You'll Do

  • Build and nurture strong client relationships through exceptional service
  • Identify new-to-bank opportunities via your network and referral partners
  • Deeply understand complex client needs and collaborate with product specialists
  • Lead deal execution with expertise in origination, structuring, and negotiation
  • Represent CommBank across the Brisbane region, growing your professional presence

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience managing and growing a business banking portfolio
  • Strong credit skills and financial analysis capabilities
  • Deep understanding of banking products and commercial lending
