ABOUT YOU
- Proactive and self-motivated approach to inbound/outbound sales campaigns
- Having excellent time management and administrative skills with the ability to prioritise tasks from multiple stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to empathise with customers'(internal and external) unique challenges and demonstrate sensitivity towards their needs and concerns.
- Refined phone-based sales skills, including effective negotiation, persuasion, and communication of product value to customers.
- Proven inside sales/customer experience within the construction sector(or similar), with track record of exceeding stakeholder expectations.
- Resilient and versatile, you can work autonomously or in a team, and are passionate about providing first class customer service.
- Highly ambitious, with a true desire to succeed and the hunger to be rewarded for your efforts.
- Passsion to contribute positively to the team and workplace culture while enjoying work
ABOUT THE ROLE
Your duties will include:
Customer Service
- Deliver professional and timely assistance across phone, email, and in-person enquiries.
- Manage and organise shared inboxes to ensure all communications are prioritised and actioned appropriately.
- Build positive relationships with customers, responding promptly and accurately to product, order, and stock queries.
- Coordinate with sales and operations to ensure customer requirements are met efficiently.
- Maintain accurate customer records and communication notes in CRM systems.
Business Support
- Provide day-to-day administrative support to the sales and management teams.
- Coordinate travel bookings, including flights, accommodation, and car hire.
- Assist in formatting proposals, quotes, and reports for sales and management use.
- Prepare documentation, meeting notes, and follow-up actions as required.
- Undertake general office administration, ordering supplies, and ensuring facilities are well maintained.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist with implementing business-wide systems and processes.
