About The Role:

We are looking for experienced and reliable cleaners to join our team .You will clean both inside and outside residential and commercial sites across Greater Sydney, mainly Inner Southern Sydney# Sydney CBD# Greater Western Sydney# .Positions are available for Full-time/ Casual and timing is 7am - 3pm. Paid Overtime is applicable.

Responsibilities include but not limited to:

Internal Cleaning Duties:

  • Sweep, mop, vacuum, and polish floors.
  • Dust and wipe furniture, fixtures, windows, and equipment.
  • Clean restrooms, kitchens, and staff areas; replenish supplies.
  • Empty bins and disposal of waste in designated areas, toilets
  • Sanitize high-touch surfaces (e.g., door handles, light switches).
  • Handle biohazard waste safely and in compliance with regulations.
  • Ensure internal spaces meet health and safety standards.

External Cleaning Duties:

  • Sweep and maintain outdoor walkways, parking areas, and entrances.
  • Clean external windows, doors, and signage.
  • Remove litter, leaves blow, and debris from grounds.
  • Maintain the cleanliness of external equipment or storage areas.
  • Assist with basic maintenance or reporting of damage or hazards.

Undertake routine duties such as:

· Leave Blowing, Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and polishing floors.

· Dusting and wiping down furniture, fixtures, and fittings.

· Cleaning and sanitizing kitchens, bathrooms, and common areas.

· Emptying bins and disposing of waste appropriately.

· Washing internal and external windows and glass surfaces.

· Replenishing consumables such as soap, paper towels, and toilet tissue.

· Maintaining cleaning equipment and reporting faults or damages.

· Ensuring all cleaning chemicals are used and stored safely.

· Supporting a clean, hygienic, and safe environment always.

· Performing additional cleaning tasks as directed by the supervisor or manager.

Follow and understand Safe Work Method Statement (SWMS) on sites

To be successful in the role you will need:

  • Minimum of 2 years prior cleaning experience preferred.
  • Basic understanding of cleaning supplies and safety measures with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and be a team player
  • Safety conscious attitude

You must have, or be willing to obtain:

  • Must have Australian working rights
  • White card (Current)
  • Asbestos Awareness Certificate (at your own expense)
  • Police check (Current) (at your own expense)
  • Driver Licenses/Own source of transportation. (Essential).
