The Role: Yard Tug Driver

• Previous experience preparing and restraining heavy vehicle loads
• Report any damages of freight or equipment to your supervisor immediately
• Perform visual inspections of the condition of each trailer prior to moving and raise any concerns with your supervisor
• Couple trailers and dollies in preparation for linehaul departure
• Collaborate with team members to efficiently complete tasks and meet deadlines

Skills, licences & experience required for the position.

• Minimum two years recent experience HC/MC driving experience
• Valid MC license (preferable) and LF ticket (desirable)
• Dangerous Goods Licence highly advantageous but not essential
• The right to live and work in Australia
• Proven experience in following safety procedures
• Excellent customer service and communication skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment.
