About the Role

You'll be trained hands-on in the full laser process — from preparing efficient nests that minimise waste to operating precision CNC laser cutters and maintaining production quality.

This role combines logic, accuracy, and teamwork in a workplace that invests in your growth.

Your day may include:

  • Learning and using specialist software to nest metal parts efficiently


• Operating CNC laser cutting machines with precision and care

  • Troubleshooting and adjusting setups as needed
  • Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
  • Working with a small, supportive team that takes pride in doing things right

What We're Looking For

  • A sharp eye for detail and pride in your work
  • Logical, methodical thinking — the kind that spots what others miss
  • A proactive, can-do attitude (we like people who don't wait to be told twice)
  • Willingness to learn both the software and machine sides of the job
  • Calm focus, even when the work gets repetitive or technical
  • Forklift licence handy but not essential

No prior experience in nesting or laser operation required — we'll train you if you bring the right mindset.
