You'll be responsible for preparing the long term plan and 5 year rolling maintenance budget. You will establish and maintain master data in SAP to safely and efficiently execute the maintenance strategies. You'll assist with establishing and monitoring maintenance budgets, developing long-term schedules for plant and equipment, reviewing priorities, performing detailed planning and scheduling of work orders, reviewing work order history and feedback, and updating master data.This role is a permanent position ex Perth to Mt Holland on an 8:6 roster.ResponsibilitiesEnsure planned and scheduled work complies with all health and safety, environmental and regulatory policies relating to the operations of plant and equipmentProvide the agreed >12-week maintenance strategies, including scoping of work and spares procurement (identify long lead time components and action)Provide strategy support to reliability for Maintenance Strategy Improvement identified from RCA'sDevelop spares forecasting strategy/component forecastingDevelop and maintain a rolling 5-year zero based budget for review and modification, including budget monthly re-forecasts and Shutdown forecasts and actualsProvide technical mentoring and support for site Planners/SupervisorsUpdate strategies, master data/spares and BOMSCreate standard execution packs for major activities/tasks e.g. screen change outs, belt replacements, major equipment overhaulsPreparation of budgets, including personnel, capital justification and the collation of data on a systematic basis for progressive forecasting and future estimatingEnsure effective working relationships are built and maintained with other departments and stakeholders, both internal and externalRole RequirementsHighly desirable to have at least 5 years' experience working in a Maintenance Planning roleExperience in developing SAP master dataTrade qualifications with proven planning and organising experienceCompetent with Computerised Maintenance Management System (SAP desirable)A competitive remuneration package commensurate with the role, candidate experience, skills and qualifications will be offered.Our team members are encouraged to bring their whole selves to work.
