About the role:
Due to continued growth in the business, we are now searching for a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team working on a continuous rotating roster between day and night shift. The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of material moving and handling in the Kilns area and working in a small team of people to safely achieve targeted production outcomes.
What we require you to have:
- An outstanding safety record and an ability to coach safe behaviour in others
- Forklift licence with experience moving awkward or heavy objects (such as timber)
- Boiler Licence
- Proven leadership skills
- An ability to maintain production outputs whilst working unsupervised for long period
- An eye for detail and accuracy
- Own car and licence
- The ability to interpret and follow production schedule
- Exceptional communication, numeric and literacy skills
- Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
