Our fit-for-purpose indoor and outdoor plantation pine products are suitable for building new homes, renovation projects and other industrial manufacturing applications including packaging, pallets, and furniture components.

About the role:

Due to continued growth in the business, we are now searching for a skilled Boiler Operator to join our team working on a continuous rotating roster between day and night shift.  The successful candidate will be responsible for all aspects of material moving and handling in the Kilns area and working in a small team of people to safely achieve targeted production outcomes.

What we require you to have:

  • An outstanding safety record and an ability to coach safe behaviour in others
  • Forklift licence with experience moving awkward or heavy objects (such as timber)
  • Boiler Licence
  • Proven leadership skills
  • An ability to maintain production outputs whilst working unsupervised for long period
  • An eye for detail and accuracy
  • Own car and licence
  • The ability to interpret and follow production schedule
  • Exceptional communication, numeric and literacy skills
  • Positive attitude with a strong work ethic
