Are you interested in a rewarding career as a bus driver? Whether you're an experienced professional or new to the field, we invite you to our Career Open Day at the Waverley Depot on Thursday, 30th October 2025.

Event Details:

• Date: Thursday, 30th October 2025
• Location: Waverley Depot, Cnr. Oxford Street & York Street, Bondi Junction NSW 1355

Driving – Street parking; 800m walk from Centennial Park carpark; 900m walk from Westfield Bondi Junction carpark.

Public transport – 6 minute walk from the Bondi Junction train station or bus stop right in front of the depot.

• Session Times: You can choose from one or two sessions.
• Afternoon Session: Registration at 2:00 PM sharp Event runs from 2:30 PM to approx. 5:00 PM
• Evening Session: Registration at 6:00PM sharp Event runs from 6:30 PM to approx. 8:00 PM

• Take a tour of the depot:See firsthand, the well being facilities available to our team members.

What to bring or upload when you register to make the most of your visit and fast track your career:

• Driver's licence
• Resume – If you're still updating it, feel free to bring a copy on the day.
• Recent driving history report. You can use the Service NSW app or this link for quick and easy access to obtain a recent uncertified driving history report:  (The fee is $27.00 for an uncertified copy.)
• Full Australian Work Rights:
• Australian Citizens – Current Australian Passport OR Birth Certificate
• Permanent Resident & Visa Holders – Current Passport and Visa documents
• If you already have a Working With Children Check (WWCC) for paid work, bring it along. If not, don't worry, we can help you. Here's the link if you would like more information about WWCC or would like to start the process.
