Baker or Baker Assistant

We're looking for a dedicated and experienced Full-Time Baker to join our friendly team at Brumby's Bakery. The ideal candidate will be passionate about baking, take pride in producing high-quality products, and thrive in a fast-paced, early-morning environment.

• Prepare and bake a wide range of bakery products including bread, rolls, pastries, and specialty items
• Follow recipes and production schedules to ensure consistent quality and freshness
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment in accordance with food safety standards
• Operate bakery equipment safely and efficiently
• Monitor stock levels and assist with ingredient ordering and storage
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet daily production targets
• Assist with customer service as required, ensuring a friendly and professional manner

• Previous baking experience (preferred but training available for the right candidate)
• Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work early mornings, weekends, and public holidays as required
• Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
• Physical ability to perform manual tasks and stand for extended periods
