In the role of Senior Associate- Transaction Management, you will join the Transaction Banking team that's doubling down on customer obsession.
Each day, you'll go above and beyond to:
- Manage multiple client onboarding activities to successful outcomes including scoping planning, documentation requirements, gathering product delivery, client activation and training
- Oversee the client experience to ensure efficient and controlled delivery of required products and services
- Collaborate effectively with internal partners across sales product and operations ensuring they are proactively engaged to deliver seamless execution
- Drive continuous improvement by managing time and momentum of onboarding activities
We're looking for the best and brightest to deliver the best for our customers. You'll need:
- An understanding of transactional banking products value proposition, economics, implementation, and servicing.
- A passion for building and strengthening client relationships.
- A demonstrated history of being able to define problems clearly, and work with numerous stakeholders to solve them.
- Tertiary and/or professional education.
