I am a vibrant, independent young woman in her mid-20s who's looking for a support worker to harmonize with her active, fun-filled lifestyle. If you've got the energy, compassion, and rhythm to keep up, this could be your time to shine This role is situated in Greenfields, so proximity to the area or a willingness to travel is required.

I am the ultimate karaoke queen I love belting out my favourite tunes on my home karaoke machine and bringing the house down with my passion for music. But that's just the opening act—I am also a fitness enthusiast who hits the gym, practices karate, and unwinds with yoga. I am deeply connected to my community, volunteering with the Salvos and spreading good vibes wherever I go.

My family is my rock, and my dog Lucy is my world— my duet partner in life. Together, we enjoy long walks and adventures in the community. I thrive on routine and consistency, which helps me feel grounded and secure. Change can throw me off my rhythm, so I am looking for someone who can help keep life steady while adding a touch of sparkle.

I am searching for a support worker who can hit all the right notes:

  • A Boundary Setter: Trust and respect are key. I need someone who understands the importance of boundaries—for both of us—and sets them clearly from day one.
  • A Routine Rockstar: You'll help me stick to my routines while gently guiding me through any changes with empathy and care.

Bonus points if you have experience working in environments requiring self- or co-regulation and familiarity with Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies.

What is the role:

This is a 24-hour shift role paid under the SCHADS Award. I am currently seeking coverage support and someone who can spot fill shifts—but I am flexible for the right person who fits my vibe – ongoing shifts a real possibility.

Essential Qualities and Experience.

  • Valid Driver's Licence
  • Reliable vehicle with comprehensive Insurance
  • Current NDIS Worker Screening Check, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Current Apply First Aid completed within 3 years, or willingness to obtain one.
  • Excellent communication skills, including verbal, written, and listening skills

The successful candidate/s will also be required to have completed or complete the following training;

  • Infection Prevention & Control
  • Manual Handling Awareness
  • Medication Management
  • Epilepsy and Midazolam Awareness
  • Positive Behaviour Support
  • Safety Interventions
