Job Description

Enterprise Low-Code/No-Code Architect
who can design, implement, and govern scalable solutions using modern low-code/no-code platforms. This role requires a unique blend of
technical expertise
,
strategic thinking
, and
storytelling ability
to articulate complex concepts in a clear, compelling manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Solution Architecture & Design
  • Define enterprise-grade architectures leveraging low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., Power Platform, Appian).
  • Ensure solutions align with organizational standards for security, scalability, and compliance.
  • Integrate low-code/no-code apps with existing enterprise systems and APIs.
  • Governance & Best Practices
  • Establish frameworks for citizen development, governance, and lifecycle management.
  • Create reusable components and templates to accelerate delivery.
  • Narrative & Communication
  • Translate technical designs into
    business-friendly narratives
    for executive presentations.
  • Craft compelling stories that demonstrate business value and ROI of low-code/no-code adoption.
  • Conduct workshops and evangelize platform capabilities across the organization.
  • Collaboration & Leadership
  • Partner with business units, IT teams, and product owners to identify automation opportunities.
  • Mentor developers and citizen developers on platform best practices.

Required Skills

  • Technical Expertise
  • Deep knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (Microsoft Power Platform, Mendix, OutSystems, Appian).
  • Strong understanding of integration patterns, data modeling, and cloud architecture.
  • Narrative & Storytelling
  • Exceptional ability to
    simplify complex technical concepts
    into clear, engaging narratives.
  • Skilled in creating
    visual storytelling artifacts
    (diagrams, roadmaps, executive decks).
  • Soft Skills
  • Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in enterprise architecture frameworks (TOGAF, Zachman).
  • Familiarity with Agile and DevOps practices.
