About the Role

We're seeking a dynamic, passionate, and forward-thinking House Manager to take the reins and lead the establishment of this exceptional new facility. This is your opportunity to set the tone, shape the culture, and create a model of premium care and support in Geelong.

You'll be entrusted with overseeing day-to-day operations, building a high-performing team, and ensuring the highest standards of quality and compliance — all while fostering a home where residents feel truly valued and empowered.

What You'll Achieve

  • Launch and manage a our New Respite and SIL home in Geelong.

  • Set the gold standard for disability support services in the region.

  • Inspire and guide your team to deliver life-changing outcomes for clients.

  • Champion independence, inclusion, and skill development for all residents.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead, mentor, and support a dedicated team of Support Workers.

  • Drive client acquisition and build partnerships with key stakeholders.

  • Oversee 24/7 operations to ensure a smooth and caring home environment.

  • Promote active client engagement in daily living and community activities.

  • Monitor and uplift service delivery to exceed industry standards.

  • Collaborate on governance, compliance, and continuous improvement.

  • Liaise with the NDIS, external partners, and regulatory bodies.

  • Prepare business reports, care plans, evaluations, and compliance documentation.

  • Be part of the on-call rotation as needed.

About You

You're a natural leader with a heart for service and a head for strategy. You're ready to create something special from the ground up — and bring others along with you.

You bring:

  • Proven leadership in disability or community services.

  • A Diploma or higher in Disability, Community Services, or related fields.

  • In-depth understanding of NDIS standards, compliance, and quality frameworks.

  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Integrity, adaptability, and an unwavering commitment to excellence.

  • Availability for flexible work hours, including after-hours or weekend responsibilities.
