About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented Cataloguing Officer to join our high-performing Information Management team. This role is dedicated to the accurate data capture and cataloguing of archive boxes , ensuring that all records are correctly indexed and retrievable within our systems.
You will play a key part in maintaining the integrity of our clients' information by applying consistent cataloguing standards and working closely with our operational teams to ensure smooth processing of incoming records.
This position is ideal for someone who thrives in a structured environment and takes pride in precision and consistency.
About You
To be successful in this role, you will bring:
- Exceptional attention to detail and a methodical approach to data entry
- Proven experience in cataloguing or data capture (information management experience highly regarded)
- Basic proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications
- Ability to work independently and meet daily targets
- A positive attitude and commitment to quality
- Tertiary qualifications in Information/Records Management are desirable but not essential.
