About the role:

The Dilapidation Technician is responsible for conducting high-quality dilapidation surveys across metropolitan and regional areas, while assisting with the coordination and scheduling of projects.

Key responsibilities:

  • Plan and carry out field-based dilapidation surveys in line with project requirements
  • Process and review survey data to produce deliverables that meet client specifications
  • Maintain strong client communication and uphold company standards of service
  • Assist in developing, implementing, and reviewing survey guidelines and procedures
  • Ensure compliance with company systems and BMS standards on all projects
  • Conduct project debriefs and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives

We are seeking someone with:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Confidence using technology, including mobile devices, apps, and digital cameras
  • An interest in photography and accurate visual documentation
  • The ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines
  • An intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook
