About the Role

DCS are seeking motivated, hardworking, and reliable individuals to join our rapidly growing team of Industrial Cleaners for Mine Site Maintenance and Shutdowns, at various sites within the Bowen Basin and surrounding areas.

We specialise in the Cleaning of Draglines, Excavators, Shovels and Drills, Hydro Excavation, Office & Crib cleaning.

We offer wonderful opportunities for individuals that are looking to enter the mining industry, those seeking ongoing work, or those looking to pick up a few extra shifts on occasion.

Requirements for role. Applicants already holding any of the below will be a big advantage:

  • Coal Board Medical*
  • Driver License - (MR/HR License preferred)
  • Standard 11
  • Confined Space
  • Gas Test Atmospheres
  • Working at Heights
  • Glencore/BMA Inductions

*Essential for the role, however we can help in the process of obtaining required competencies.

Successful Applicant requirements:

Previous mine site experience advantageous, but not essential.

We welcome new to industry applicants to apply.

Willing to travel to various mine sites throughout the Bowen Basin.

Local to Mackay, Rockhampton, Blackwater and Moranbah regions preferred.
