Key Responsibilities:
- Manage property matters from start to finish, including residential and commercial conveyancing
- Prepare and advise on leases and associated documentation
- Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders with professionalism and care
- Navigate legal and procedural requirements for both ACT and NSW jurisdictions
- Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and client service
What We're Looking For:
- A Licensed Conveyancer OR Admitted Lawyer with property/conveyancing experience
- Strong understanding of ACT and NSW conveyancing and property law
- Experience working autonomously and managing files independently
- A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
- Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
- A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach
- A genuine passion for property law and helping clients through significant transactions
Preferred Qualifications:
- 2+ years experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
- Familiarity with PEXA, Duties Online, and legal practice management systems
