Location: Queanbeyan (with occasional travel to Deakin office)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage property matters from start to finish, including residential and commercial conveyancing
  • Prepare and advise on leases and associated documentation
  • Liaise with clients, agents, and stakeholders with professionalism and care
  • Navigate legal and procedural requirements for both ACT and NSW jurisdictions
  • Maintain high levels of accuracy, compliance, and client service

What We're Looking For:

  • A Licensed Conveyancer OR Admitted Lawyer with property/conveyancing experience
  • Strong understanding of ACT and NSW conveyancing and property law
  • Experience working autonomously and managing files independently
  • A team player who thrives in a collaborative, supportive environment
  • Excellent interpersonal and client relationship skills
  • A proactive, detail-oriented, and organised approach
  • A genuine passion for property law and helping clients through significant transactions

Preferred Qualifications:

  • 2+ years experience in residential and/or commercial conveyancing
  • Familiarity with PEXA, Duties Online, and legal practice management systems
