About the role
We are seeking an Entry-Level
Recruitment Consultant
to work 22.8hrs a week – either 3 full time days, or spread across 4 to 5 days on a 6 month Fixed Term Contract. There will almost certainly be the opportunity to be extended or even go permanent.
Prior experience in recruitment is not essential, your attitude and willingness to learn are more important. In this role you will advertise, phone screen, book interviews and onboard a mixture of Registered Nurses, Personal Care Workers, AINs, ENs and more.
Main responsibilities include
:
- Data Entry & Administration duties for the recruitment team
 - Phone Screen & Interview potential health care workers
 - Potential running of group inductions for new candidates
 - Check References & work eligibility of potential health care workers
 - Checking all candidates are compliant e.g.: Police Checks, Registered with AHPRA etc
 - Networking events to attract more candidates
 
About you:
The main requirement for this role is to be technically/computer literate, great communication skills and a willingness to learn. If you have some recruitment experience it is looked upon favourably but not essential.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills with an outstanding phone manner
 - Demonstrated experience working within process, compliance and a routine environment
 - The ability to work within a team and develop long lasting stakeholder relationships
 - Strong attention to detail and the ability to see tasks through to completion
 - The ability to work in a fast-paced environment and are highly organised
