Description
We're looking for a
Senior Salesforce Engineer
who can take ownership of end-to-end feature delivery, write clean, reliable code, and work closely with our operations and engineering teams to solve real-world problems for customers and agents.

Salesforce is a core platform that underpins how our operations team serves customers. As we scale, our goal is to
automate as much of the financing journey as possible
- so our agents can focus their time on high-value applications where a human touch really matters. In this role, you'll help us build the systems that make that possible.

What you will do

• Help our agents focus on the loans that need a human touch
  by delivering Salesforce features end-to-end that automate repetitive processes and streamline ops workflows.
• Ensure we can move fast and deploy safely
  by writing modular, maintainable, and well-tested code across Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL.
• Give the team confidence in every release
  by contributing to a thoughtful, automated test strategy that catches bugs early and reduces regressions.
• Reduce the risk and friction in deployments
  by improving our CI/CD pipeline and development workflows.
• Build tools that genuinely improve our operations
  by partnering closely with agents and internal stakeholders to understand their needs, design effective solutions and drive adoption.
• Resolve operational issues quickly and sustainably
  by investigating bugs or system errors across config, code, and data, escalating where needed.
• Keep customer data safe and access tightly controlled
  through sound permission and access management and secure development practises.
• Grow our Salesforce expertise and practice
  as a domain expert, mentoring and uplifting the rest of the engineering team while also learning from them.

What we are looking for in this hire

• Are

• Have 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce engineering experience, including Apex, Lightning Web Components, Flows, and SOQL.
• Operate with strong software engineering fundamentals - you write
  clean, modular, well-tested code
  , and know how to design systems for maintainability.
• Know how to design and implement
  effective test strategies
  in Salesforce, with a focus on automated coverage and fast feedback loops.
• Can lead
  CI/CD practices
  within Salesforce, including version control, metadata management, and environment orchestration.
• Deeply understand the Salesforce platform - including
  governor limits, security model and best practises, data architecture
  , and the tradeoffs between code and configuration.
• Demonstrate strong troubleshooting skills - you know how to dig into complex issues, identify root causes, and ship stable fixes.
• Work collaboratively - you are comfortable working cross-functionally with
  engineers, admins, and non-technical stakeholders
  to align on problems and ship great solutions.
