Are you a Product Coordinator looking for a new opportunity? A client of mine in the construction tool industry is looking for a talented Product Coorinator to join their growing team and support the development and launch of new products in the Australia/New Zealand (ANZ) region.

Note: This role is based near Parramatta and is 4 days a week in the office. The Role:

In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating development tasks, conducting market research, and managing project timelines to ensure the on-time delivery of new products. You will have ownership and management of the ANZ product roadmap. You'll work closely with end users, Business Development Managers (BDMs), and retail partners, as well as collaborate with marketing to drive successful product launches.

Key Responsibilities

Your Main Focus Areas Will Include

  • Product Management & Ownership: Assisting with the delivery of the ANZ product roadmap, owning continued design improvements, and communicating product updates internally to the team.
  • Product Development and Analysis: Using research and analytics to improve existing products and analyzing problem areas to understand customer challenges and opportunities.
  • Project Coordination: Managing the delivery of the ANZ roadmap and liaising with external suppliers to ensure projects are completed on time. You will track project milestones/deadlines.
  • Market & Competitor Research: Collecting and compiling competitive product and pricing information for benchmarking. You will conduct store visits and online audits to assess shelf presence and product trends.
  • Promotional & Team Support: Assisting in the planning and execution of promotional activities, including price updates and product bundles. You will prepare materials and samples for trade shows , and respond to category-related inquiries from sales, customer service, and external stakeholders.
  • Administrative Support: Handling essential administrative tasks like item setup , organizing documentation, assisting with budget tracking, and processing invoices for category-related expenses.

Skills & Experience Required

  • Experience supporting product management or coordination roles.
  • Experience in product data management, reporting, competitor analysis, and assisting with product documentat
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to support decision-making.
  • Passion for products, customer needs, and market trends.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a detail-oriented approach
