Forklift / Warehouse Operator – Port Adelaide

$36.74 per hour | Day Shift | 38 hours per week | Immediate Start

Our client, a well-established logistics company specialising in container handling, is seeking an experienced Forklift/Warehouse Operator to join their Port Adelaide team. This is an excellent opportunity to secure ongoing work with the potential to transition into a permanent position.

What's on Offer:

  • Day shift role – 38 hours per week
  • Casual rate: $36.74 per hour
  • Immediate start available
  • Opportunity for temp-to-perm
  • If made permanent, further training and tickets will be provided to support container movement operations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operating a forklift safely and efficiently
  • Assisting with general warehouse and yard duties
  • Handling and organising containers within the facility
  • Maintaining a clean, safe work environment
  • Following all WHS procedures and site protocols

About You:

  • Current LF Forklift Licence
  • Previous forklift and warehouse experience
  • Reliable, safety-focused, and able to work in a busy logistics environment
  • Strong attention to detail and teamwork
  • Physically fit and able to work in an outdoor/yard environment when required

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
  • Drug & alcohol screening
  • National Police Check
