About the Role
As an Enrolled Nurse at Inverell District Hospital Urgent Care Centre, you'll provide high-quality, patient-centred care in a fast-paced environment. You'll work closely with the on-duty Medical Officer as the sole nurse on shift, with flexibility to support other wards if needed.
Your day will involve:
- Conducting holistic assessments, planning and delivering nursing care, and accurately documenting patient information.
- Coordinating with the multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless patient care.
- Using your clinical and non-clinical skills to make sound decisions and respond proactively to patient needs.
Support you'll receive:
- Structured orientation and buddy system to set you up for success.
- Regular education opportunities and access to ongoing learning.
- A supportive, approachable leadership team and strong multidisciplinary collaboration across the facility.

About You
We are looking for an AHPRA-registered Enrolled Nurse who is committed to person-centred, evidence-based practice and thrives in a dynamic environment. You are:

- Confident in using a variety of clinical software and interpreting patient needs.
- Flexible, adaptable, and capable of managing complex situations professionally.

- Collaborative within the multidisciplinary team and an advocate for patients and families.
