Taking Care Group Pty Ltd t/as Tree Vision is a proud South Australian owned and operated company providing a wide range of Arboricultural Services with over twenty years of experience.

We have an opportunity for an experienced CONSULTING ARBORIST to join us, playing a key role in this business and its valued customers, while being a part of a supportive small team.

The role reports to the Managing Director and your work location is based at Holden Hill SA  and at our Hackham SA office.

What are the main requirements of the Role?...

· Perform tree audits and hazard assessments and site / tree inspections

· Perform tree assessments, pre-development of arboricultural impact, assessments, tree reports and data analysis as directed

· Develop and maintain client relationships

· Prepare and respond to requests for fee proposals for arboricultural reports and to provide quotations for tree works

· Provide on-the-job training to team members, including the provision safe working practices; instructions and guidance

· Liaise with clients and other stakeholders on work activities including the follow up and completion of client requests within specified timeframes

· Responsibility for work activities ensuring their completion is within the budget, quality and timeframe specifications relevant to the position

· Lead in an efficient and environmentally sound manner and in accordance with agreed arboriculture service standards

· Undertake program and project work

· Ability to undertake a hands-on approach to tasks as required

· Monitor contracts and contractors with regards to jobs/works you have created

· Provide specialist, relevant advice and assistance on related arboriculture/operational matters

· Respond to and provide onsite assessments in emergency situations to advise clients

What do I need to be great at this role?...

· Diploma in Arboriculture and risk assessment qualifications are essential

· High awareness of safety and related procedures as they apply to the role

· A passion for arboriculture

· Ability to work independently whilst contributing as a valued team player

· A work ethos of reliability, flexibility, punctuality and a sense of urgency

· Enjoyment of customer service and its optimal delivery

· A solid level of interpersonal and written skills

· A hard-working approach with a good energy level

· White Card, current Drivers Licence, Police Clearance and DCSI essential

· Willingness to undergo a Pre-employment medical and Drug & Alcohol screen
