We are looking for a Corporate Communications Partner who is a strong writer with sharp editorial instincts and proven PR Capability. You will be a consummate storyteller who excels at building strong internal relationships with a variety of key stakeholders. You will have a proven ability to identify compelling news angles and bring customers' stories to life. Reporting to the General Manager, Public Relations, you will play a key role in driving TechnologyOne's proactive storytelling drumbeat.

What you'll be doing…

  • Manage and develop all media releases and draft customer success stories
  • Work with industry teams and provide communications and PR support for cCampaigns
  • Work closely with sales and consulting leaders to monitor go- lives and new logos
  • Draft strategic communication plans and ensure messages are consistent with branding
  • Be curious and creative Apply your creativity to developrelevant and compelling content
  • Manage multiple projects & stakeholders simultaneously
  • Daily management of all PR Monday Board and briefs into web team
  • Present updates and insights at monthly meetings
  • Manage quarterly PR reporting, and lead coverage capture, media subscriptions and logins
  • Write, edit and implement communication plans for external stakeholders
  • Interpret research from white papers, case studies, and industry insights to shape compelling news content and thought leadership pieces.
  • Establish & execute a metrics framework to measure how our channels are performing

Your Talents…

  • Previous experience in a corporate communication role ideally in a fast-paced matrixed environment with experience dealing with senior stakeholders
  • Excellent writing & communication skills, with the ability to appeal to different audiences
  • Ability to synthesise complex research and data into clear, engaging narratives tailored for media, customers, and stakeholders.
  • Creativity, and a proactive, self-starter mindset
  • Highly developed communications skills & the ability to think on your feet
  • Strong project management skills, organised with the ability to juggle competing priorities
