The Role

We are seeking two Academic Coordinators/Trainers (one based in Sydney, one in Melbourne) to support the expansion of our trade programs.

This role combines academic coordination with training delivery. You will play a key role in ensuring compliance, supporting students, and overseeing the quality of assessment marking while contributing to a positive and engaging learning environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate student enrolments, timetables, and day-to-day academy operations
  • Deliver and assess high-quality training in line with ASQA and RTO standards
  • Oversee assessment marking, ensuring consistency and compliance
  • Provide ongoing support to students throughout their learning journey
  • Collaborate with trainers, industry partners, and internal teams to maintain quality delivery
  • Contribute to continuous improvement of training resources and delivery methods
About You

We are looking for passionate educators with trade expertise who are motivated to mentor the next generation of skilled workers.

You will bring:

  • Relevant trade qualifications and industry experience in one or more of our trade areas
  • TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (or equivalent / willingness to obtain)
  • Experience in training, assessment, and coordinating academic operations (preferred)
  • Strong organisational and administrative skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • A commitment to compliance and student success
