We currently have an opportunity for an experienced Administration Officer / Customer Service Coordinator to join our team on a permanent basis with an immediate start at our facility. If you have Hospital, Medical, or Aged care experience, this might be your role.

About the role:

In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, being the first point of contact at the facility, and providing professional and efficient administrative support to the site. Specific duties will include:

  • General reception and administrative responsibilities
  • Managing various databases to ensure the currency of data
  • Maintaining rosters, including sourcing staff for vacant shifts
  • Assisting the Executive Services Manager and Customer Liaison Officer with occupancy, including conducting interviews and tours with prospective clients and coordinating admissions paperwork
  • Managing resident's accounts
  • Coordinating meetings and taking minutes

About you:

  • Experience working in an administration role within an Aged Care setting is highly regarded
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Experience with rosters/payroll/accounts
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • High level of proficiency in Microsoft Office packages
  • Mature and professional attitude with the ability to work autonomously
  • Ability to work as part of a team and to liaise with key stakeholders across the organisation
  • Previous sales experience will be highly regarded
