Land Acquisition

Gold Key Real Estate is rapidly expanding across Victoria with a strong focus on farm, acreage, PSP, and englobo land opportunities. We are seeking a motivated and experienced Land & Englobement Specialist to join our team and play a pivotal role in sourcing, negotiating, and assembling large-scale land parcels.

Key Responsibilities

• Source and secure farmland, acreage, and englobo parcels in Melbourne's key growth corridors.
• Conduct due diligence on zoning, overlays (CHMP, ESO, WGT, flooding).
• Build and maintain strong relationships with landowners, developers, and councils.
• Negotiate acquisitions, joint ventures, and subdivision opportunities.
• Coordinate englobo strategies by assembling adjoining parcels to maximize development potential.
• Work alongside planners, surveyors, and consultants to prepare feasibility and JV reports.
• Represent Gold Key in high-level meetings with stakeholders.

About You

• Proven experience in land sales, acquisitions, or property development.
• Deep understanding of Victoria's PSP process, zoning, and rural markets.
• Exceptional negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Existing network of landowners and developers is highly desirable.
• Ambitious, entrepreneurial mindset with a drive to succeed.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $67,000.00 – $120,000.00 per year
