We are seeking a skilled Java Engineer with a strong focus on building
low latency
, high-performance systems. The ideal candidate will design, develop, and optimize Java applications that require minimal response times and maximum throughput, essential for trading platforms, real-time analytics, or financial services.

Technical Skills

  • Deep expertise in Java (8/17), Spring Boot, and distributed systems architecture
  • Proven experience in developing
    low latency
    Java applications.
  • Strong knowledge of JVM internals, garbage collection tuning, and performance profiling.
  • Familiarity with network protocols, message queues, and low latency frameworks.
  • Experience with IRS market platforms such as Tradeweb and MarkitWire
  • Familiarity with AWS services (EC2, S3, Redis, SNS, SQS), Kafka/EventHub, DevSecOps/CI/CD technologies as well as modern SRE technology.
  • Experienced in using Agentic AI to assist engineering effort
  • Knowledge of quant libraries and risk analytics integration
  • SSL standard for secure encrypted communications
