With our processing plant based at Keith, we are looking to grow our team. We are looking for a reliable and motivated Dispatch Storeperson to join our team – you may have just finished school and are looking to jump into the workforce or you may just be looking for a change. If you enjoy working as part of a dynamic team and want to learn new skills, we want to hear from you

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare and pack customer orders efficiently and accurately.
  • Load packed orders onto pallets and secure them for transport, ensuring accuracy against documentation.
  • Operate a forklift to efficiently handle seed bags and pallets.
  • Work in a fast-paced warehouse setting with varying environmental conditions (e.g., temperature and humidity).
  • Transport local orders by truck (if appropriate licenses are held)
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment in the dispatch area.

Skills & Experience:

  • Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
  • Ability to handle physical tasks and lift heavy items (up to 25kgs)
  • A great attitude and willingness to learn

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Will be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Willingness to jump in and help wherever needed.
  • Demonstrates strong communication and team-work skills.
  • Is proactive, reliable, and able to follow instructions closely.
  • Can adapt to varying work conditions.
