The Opportunity

As an Audit Manager, you will hold a high-level of responsibility as you focus on building strong client relationships. The role allows you to flex your social conscience through purpose-driven client work while you lead, coach, and develop technical and professional skills within a dynamic team environment.

To be considered for the role and be successful in the position your skills and experience are likely to include:

  • 5+ years in Australian external auditing and financial reporting
  • CA or CPA qualification (strongly preferred)
  • Strong knowledge of the application of Australian Accounting Standards (AASBs) and Australian Standards of Auditing (ASAs)
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft product suite (excel, word, power-point) essential
  • Sound knowledge of CaseWare or similar audit file technology
  • Ability to build and maintain strong relationships within the client portfolio with quality, integrity, and clarity at the forefront of your approach and delivery
  • Highly developed communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Experience managing jobs and job budgets
  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in managing audit jobs and budgets is essential
  • Provide inspirational and engaging leadership to grow and develop people and talent within the team
  • An ongoing appetite and willingness to work with not-for-profit clients (previous experience with NFP's highly desirable)
  • A driver's license valid in Australia and ready access to a motor vehicle
