The Opportunity

We're on the lookout for a strategic, relationship-driven Account Manager to join our high-performing Partnerships team. In this role, you'll work with a portfolio of wedding and events businesses, providing insights, advice, and hands-on support to help them reach more couples, convert more leads, and grow their revenue through our platform.

This isn't a high-volume sales role, it's about adding long-term value, understanding client goals, and helping business owners thrive.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of B2B clients, primarily wedding venues and vendors—building deep, trusted relationships along the way.
  • Act as a strategic business advisor, helping clients optimise their listings, marketing performance, and sales conversions.
  • Identify and recommend opportunities to increase exposure, upsell relevant solutions, and deliver meaningful ROI for each client.
  • Run regular account reviews, using data to guide commercial conversations and support business decision-making.
  • Partner closely with our sales, content, and product teams to ensure clients receive a seamless and supportive experience.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends and wedding planning behaviour to keep your clients informed and competitive.

About You

  • You have solid B2B account management or client success experience, ideally in media, advertising, events, or SaaS.
  • You're a natural relationship-builder, with excellent commercial acumen and a genuine interest in helping small businesses grow.
  • You understand how to guide strategic conversations, backed by data and industry insight.
  • You're proactive, organised, and outcome-driven, with a knack for spotting opportunities and following through.
  • Experience working with wedding venues, event professionals or hospitality businesses is a huge plus.
