We are seeking a seasoned 
Testing Transformation Lead
 with deep expertise in testing methodologies and a strong background in 
Gen AI implementation
 within the testing space. This is a strategic role focused on driving innovation, transformation, and excellence across our testing engagements.

Responsibilities
:

  • Lead and shape testing transformation initiatives across functional, automation, and performance domains.
  • Implement and scale 
    Gen AI solutions
     to enhance testing efficiency and accuracy.
  • Develop proactive proposals and identify opportunities to deliver measurable value across client engagements.
  • Mentor and uplift testing leaders, fostering capability growth and technical excellence.
  • Serve as a thought leader in testing lifecycle management, ensuring best practices are followed.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align testing strategies with business goals.

Required Skills:

  • Minimum 12+ years of experience in testing processes and methodologies.
  • Proven track record in Gen AI integration within testing environments.
  • Strong understanding of the entire testing lifecycle, including planning, execution, and reporting.
  • Experience leading transformative initiatives in functional, automation, and performance testing.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and drive strategic outcomes.
