About The Role

We require a skillful Sous chef to grow with our team and take ownership of their own role. Your extensive experience in hospitality and knowledge of cuisine will flow through to our events.

  • Wednesday to Sunday roster may change to suit business requirements.
  • Banquet and Wedding Events prep work
  • Excellent Cookery Skills with a Sound Knowledge of all Food Preparation

Experience and skills required

  • Proven history working in similar venues
  • Proven kitchen management or extensive experience in operations
  • Time Management
  • Clean and organised work ethic
  • Kitchen training
  • Professional presentation
  • Friendly and honest personality
  • Friendly and excellent communication skills and a friendly disposition towards to all departments.
  • Sound knowledge of Ala carte and banquet operations.
