We're hiring a Graduate Speech Pathologist (full-time and part-time available)

We provide mobile and tele-health service supporting both children and adults with communication and swallowing needs across metro and regional South Australia.

- Telehealth Options – Work from anywhere and support clients who prefer or require online therapy.
- Equipment Provided – iPad, therapy resources, and branded uniforms supplied.
- Admin Support – Dedicated administrative time and assistance for scheduling, billing, documentation, and liaising with schools and clients.
- Funded Mandatory Training - Paid attendance for mandatory trainings such as First Aid, Child Safe Environments, Trauma-Informed Practice etc.
Graduate Speech Pathologist Role Responsibilities:
- Develop treatment plans using established frameworks and clinic resources.
- Deliver comprehensive assessments and tailored therapy under supervision or with guidance initially, delivering independently after onboarding training period.
- Maintain detailed client records in line with NDIS and organisational requirements with support from senior clinicians.
- Collaborate with families, educators, and team members to support client goals.
- Meet realistic billable targets with supportive time for documentation and non-face-to-face tasks.
Preferred Experience and Skills:
- Tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology (completed or due for completion this year).
- Strong communication and time-management skills.
- Experience working as an Allied Health Assistant preferred but not essential.
- Ability to work independently and remotely with a high level of initiative.
Other Requirements:
- Current Driver's Licence and access to reliable vehicle.
- Registration or ability to become registered with SPA.
- Working With Children Check (WWCC) or willingness to obtain.
- National Police Clearance, NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain).
- RRHAN-EC training for school visits (or willingness to obtain).
