Gemini Ballarat is a clean, well-organised automotive repair centre located just 10 minutes from Ballarat Central in Alfredton. Our friendly team of 15 specialises in small to medium vehicle repairs, and with many long-term team members, you'll enjoy strong support and a welcoming environment from your very first day. Plus, there's plenty of on-site parking for your convenience.

The Opportunity

We're looking for a qualified, experienced Panel Beater to join our team in a full-time, permanent position.

Enjoy a steady Monday to Friday schedule — with no weekend work and occasional overtime available.

Reporting to the Production Manager, you'll play a key role in restoring vehicles to their pre-accident condition with precision, care, and pride in workmanship.

What You'll Do
  • Inspect and verify the quality and accuracy of parts received
  • Disassemble vehicles in accordance with job sheets
  • Carry out repairs following OEM standards and repair procedures
  • Reassemble vehicles with a focus on quality and safety
  • Treat all vehicles, equipment, and tools with care and professionalism
  • Keep tools and work areas clean, safe, and well maintained
  • Follow all OH&S guidelines, including the correct use of PPE
