The role:

Join a team that's transforming complex environments while building your career across M365, Azure, and Infrastructure projects

We're looking for an adaptable and motivated IT professional who thrives in hands-on environments. This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your skills in a classified Defence setting, working alongside senior engineers across infrastructure, networking, and modern workplace technologies.

You'll start in a support-focused role, resolving escalations, supporting secure environments, and maintaining M365 and cloud infrastructure – but with exposure to project delivery and automation work as you develop.

This role would suit someone looking to step up from support into engineering, or an experienced engineer keen to contribute in a hands-on environment. An active Baseline or NV1 clearance is mandatory for this opportunity as well as availability to work 5 days onsite located in Osborne.

What you'll be doing

• Provide 2nd and 3rd level support across desktop, network, and cloud infrastructure.

• Support M365 identity and access management (Entra ID, Exchange Online, Intune, etc.).

• Manage user onboarding/offboarding processes and troubleshoot automation workflows.

• Work on Secure SOE and Windows Server environments.

• Collaborate with senior engineers on small infrastructure and modern workplace projects.

• Assist with application packaging and updates.

• Contribute to the continuous improvement of systems, pipelines, and processes.

What we're looking for:

• Background in IT Support, Systems Administration, or Junior Infrastructure Engineering.

3+ years experience supporting Microsoft technologies (M365, Entra ID, Azure AD, Intune).

• Exposure to cloud, networking, or Windows server environments.

• Practical understanding of desktop and device management in secure settings.

• Curiosity to learn and grow into project and automation work.

• (Bonus) Experience with Infrastructure as Code or application packaging.
