Warehouse Assistant

We're on the lookout for a hands-on, reliable Warehouse Assistant who thrives in a busy, physical environment and takes pride in getting the job done safely and efficiently. If you enjoy operating forklifts, working with your hands, and being part of a small, high-performing team — this role is for you.

About the Role:

As a Warehouse Assistant, you'll play a key part in the day-to-day running of our Sydney warehouse. You'll handle everything from moving stock and fitting hardware to preparing finished products for dispatch. Every day brings variety — and plenty of hands-on, practical work. Duties will include:

• Operating forklifts to load, unload, and move materials safely and efficiently (forklift licence essential)
• Receiving, checking, and organising incoming goods
• Assembling and fitting locks, bolts, and hardware to safes and vault components (training provided)
• Preparing and packing orders for delivery and shipment
• Maintaining stock accuracy through routine inventory and restocking
• Keeping the warehouse clean, organised, and compliant with safety standards
• Assisting the broader team with general manufacturing and dispatch support

What We're Looking For:

• Valid forklift licence (essential) with proven experience operating in a warehouse or manufacturing environment
• Enjoys hands-on, physical work and takes pride in doing it well
• Mechanically minded or confident using basic hand and power tools
• Organised, reliable, and detail-focused
• Physically fit and capable of safe manual handling
• A team player with a positive, can-do attitude
