About the role:

As a Landscape Gardener and Horticulturalist, you'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled professionals across a variety of horticultural tasks. From plant care and garden maintenance to landscaping and irrigation, you'll develop a solid foundation in both the science and art of horticulture.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
• Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
• Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
• Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair.
• Remove debris, leaves, and other litter from the landscaped areas.
• Support in the application of fertilizers and pesticides under supervision.
• Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling equipment and chemicals.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding tasks and requirements.
• Keep an organized and tidy workspace and storage area for tools and equipment.
• Work collaboratively in a team to achieve landscape maintenance goals.

The Requirements

• Permanent position, start ASAP.
• Qualifications in horticulture. Cert 3 minimum.
• Must have availability from Monday to Friday.
• Exceptional work ethic and communication skills.
• Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
