About the role:
As a Landscape Gardener and Horticulturalist, you'll gain hands-on experience while working alongside skilled professionals across a variety of horticultural tasks. From plant care and garden maintenance to landscaping and irrigation, you'll develop a solid foundation in both the science and art of horticulture.
What You'll Be Doing:
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as mowing, edging, and trimming lawns.
- Plant, water, and maintain flowers, shrubs, and trees.
- Operate and maintain landscaping equipment, including lawnmowers, trimmers, and blowers.
- Assist with irrigation system maintenance and repair.
- Remove debris, leaves, and other litter from the landscaped areas.
- Support in the application of fertilizers and pesticides under supervision.
- Follow safety procedures and guidelines for handling equipment and chemicals.
- Communicate with supervisors and team members regarding tasks and requirements.
- Keep an organized and tidy workspace and storage area for tools and equipment.
- Work collaboratively in a team to achieve landscape maintenance goals.

The Requirements
- Permanent position, start ASAP.
- Qualifications in horticulture. Cert 3 minimum.
- Must have availability from Monday to Friday.
- Exceptional work ethic and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow within the business.
