About Us

Digital Karma is an innovative and fast-growing fashion label consultant focused on sustainable fashion, lingerie, swimwear, modern streetwear and luxury ready-to-wear. We're passionate about creativity, individuality, and pushing the boundaries of contemporary fashion. We're currently seeking a dynamic individual to join our team as a Fashion Stylist Assistant / Model.

This hybrid role is perfect for someone who has a strong interest in fashion, is confident in front of the camera, and wants to gain hands-on experience behind the scenes of a creative fashion brand.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with styling, fittings, wardrobe prep, and organization for shoots and events
  • Model clothing and accessories for look-books, e-commerce, and social media
  • Support the creative team during photo and video shoots
  • Manage samples and maintain an organized fashion closet
  • Occasionally help with social media content creation and brand promotions
  • Ensure consistency with brand image and styling direction

Qualifications

  • Experience in fashion, styling, modelling, or content creation is a plus
  • Comfortable modelling in front of a camera (professional experience not required)
  • Strong sense of personal style and understanding of fashion trends
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills
  • Team player with a professional attitude
  • Flexible schedule (occasional travel or weekend work may be required)

Preferred Skills

  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok)
  • Creative eye for styling, posing, and visuals
  • Basic knowledge of photo/video editing tools is a bonus (e.g., Lightroom, Canva)
