Key Responsibilities Include:
- Teach and assess in line with AITSL standards, WA Curriculum, EYLF, and NQS, using varied strategies to support all learners.
- Foster a Christ-centered, inclusive classroom that promotes wellbeing, engagement, and a love of learning.
- Build strong relationships with students, parents, and colleagues, providing meaningful academic and pastoral feedback.
- Plan and deliver engaging programs within a biblical framework, with a focus on best practice pedagogy and assessment.
- Contribute actively to co-curricular activities, school community events, and pastoral care programs.
- Uphold school policies and carry out professional responsibilities with integrity and collaboration.

- Proven ability to build strong relationships with staff, parents, and students within the NCGS community.
- Demonstrates adaptive leadership, empathy, enthusiasm, and a strong commitment to contributing positively.
- Reliable, punctual, and possesses a strong work ethic with high energy and vitality.
- Technologically competent, with experience integrating digital tools into learning environments and curriculum delivery.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and capable of managing multiple tasks, setting goals, and creating effective solutions.
- Skilled in developing, promoting, and implementing innovative initiatives.
Essential Selection Criteria:

- Personal faith and commitment to the Lord Jesus Christ and attend a Christian Church on a regular basis.
- Agreement with the Association's Statement of Faith, Foundational Statements of Belief and Educational Objectives and be living a lifestyle consistent with these statements.
- Experience with 'Inquiry Learning' as a pedagogy.
- Effective interpersonal and communication skills with staff, parents and students.
- Demonstrated ability to work as an effective and constructive team member and a willingness to fully participate in school activities.
- Demonstrate a skill or personal interest that has/can benefit your students beyond the classroom.
