We are a CC2 steel fabrication business located in Cooroy specialising in structural steel, stainless steel and aluminium fabrication and installation.  We have a huge pipeline of won work so we are searching for an experienced & motivated Production Supervisor to ensure we are operating safely, efficiently and with hustle

Responsibilities:

  • Ensure the physical and emotional safety of all staff as the number one priority
  • Lead, supervise & support our workshop team of ~30 employees across both Structural and Metalworks workshops daily
  • Schedule & manage distribution of drawings and workflow to ensure a timely turnaround of deliverables as per the production plan from key stakeholders
  • Oversee the QA team to ensure optimal quality outcomes are delivered first time, every time with minimal rework
  • Liaise with the Welding Supervisor to ensure staff are trained on weld procedures and have the appropriate skills and training to deliver the work
  • Liaise with other internal customers and management to provide updates on production and performance
  • Provide visible leadership on the floor ensure top-tier safety, quality and production outcomes as well as continuous smooth flow through the workshop and logistics teams
