And with one subtraction to the team, we have room for an addition.

Clients come in all shapes and sizes, with a myriad of questions, challenges and interesting ideas to say the least. And thankfully, we get to answer these from the comfort of home (or wherever you feel like being for the day) and with a team member just a phone call away if you need a little vent or to celebrate a win(e)

The Role

You are a detailed-orientated person (of course you are if you're thinking of being a bookkeeper) that has their time management down to an art and can teach us all a thing or 2 about that.

You also love variety in your every day and would love to work with a range of interesting and diverse clients, but you'd like to do that from home and have the flexibility of making your schedule work around YOUR priorities and not the other way around.

This is a junior role so you're starting out with all the great everyday bookkeeping tasks that our clients, and the senior team, need support with.

Technology is your friend and you understand that by mastering the processes and systems, your day is more efficient, you win, we win, the client wins.

We would love someone to join our team is ready to start their bookkeeping journey by mastering the basics and is ready and able to learn the ropes. There'll be plenty of training and support, but a self-motivated attitude is key because we need someone who can get into these tasks and get them done - on time, every week.

And we would also love someone Melbourne or Victoria based so our monthly in person meetings can be done over a coffee, vino or cocktail of choice.

We are a 100% Xero practice so if you've started getting your feet wet with some training or a Cert IV, understanding this program, along with Dext, will be key.

In turn, we offer extremely flexible hours of around 10-25 hours a week that can be completed as works in your week - school hours, shift work, sleep-ins, we get it.

You'll get to work with some amazing small business owners that have trusted us over the years with all of their bookkeeping needs and we're always growing and evolving as small teams do.
