About The Role

ARC (The Australian Reinforcing Company)
is looking for a self-driven
Branch Manager
to lead its
Noble Park Branch

You will support the transition of the team and operations from Dandenong to the newly established ARC site in Noble Park. This is an exciting opportunity take the lead in driving safety, improving operational performance and creating a positive culture on site.

You'll bring your leadership and commercial acumen to oversee daily branch activities, ensuring all people, financial, operational and safety targets are met — and exceeded. This is a hands-on leadership role where you'll balance strategic direction with day-to-day execution, supporting your team to deliver high-quality service and operational excellence in a fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Leading and developing a high-performing team across production, sales, customer service and distribution (25 team members across two shifts).
  • Setting and maintaining the highest standards of safety, ensuring every employee, customer, supplier and visitor goes home safely every day.
  • Driving customer satisfaction by delivering on quality and delivery expectations.
  • Overseeing and executing daily production and delivery plans, optimising workflow and output.
  • Managing P&L performance, budgets and cost controls to meet financial targets.
  • Promoting a culture of continuous improvement through performance analysis, planning sessions and process optimisation.
  • Implementing effective sales and account management strategies to grow revenue and enhance customer relationships.
  • Facilitating training, workforce planning and employee development initiatives.
  • Ensuring compliance with all operational and safety policies and standards.

You're a safety-focused, people-driven leader who thrives on challenge, collaboration and achieving results. With a passion for operational excellence and customer service, you know how to motivate teams, build strong relationships and drive performance in a competitive market.

We'd love to hear from you if you can demonstrate:

  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in branch, operations or production management — ideally within manufacturing, construction or distribution industries.
  • Proven ability to lead large, multi-disciplinary teams in a fast-paced operational environment.
  • Strong technical and mechanical aptitude, with a solid understanding of production and distribution processes.
  • Experience managing sales and operations performance, including revenue growth and cost control.
  • A proactive approach to safety leadership, with previous OH&S experience and exposure to lean methodologies (such as 5S).
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills — both written and verbal.
  • Strong computer literacy, ideally with experience in SAP, JDE or ARMA systems.
  • A high level of energy, accountability and problem-solving ability, with a commitment to continuous improvement and customer success.
